2013 Event To Be Held At Marama Farm In Clarksville, MD

September 21, 2013 - The 2013 Ten Oaks Cup Polo Match will be hosted at a new location this year while field renovations at the event's past Clarksville, Maryland farm continue.  The September 28th event will be hosted at nearby Marama Farm also located in Clarksville, Maryland.

Front field renovations at the Lewis Family farm required that this year's matches be played on the farm's back field.  To prepare the back field, French drains were installed to help deal with excessive water build up after heavy rains.  Even with the drains in place, a sufficient period of dry weather was needed to ensure that the fields are safe enough for play.  Although central Maryland has enjoyed a wetter than normal July and early August, organizers are confident that by late September the Spring renovations will have taken hold and play can commence.

Fans with tickets for the June 22 event can use those tickets for the September 28 event.  Ticket holders who purchased their tickets online will receive notification from Catholic Charities advising them of the new date as well.

For those who haven't yet purchased tickets, advance tickets are available now for General Admission ($30.00/car) and Tailgate Spots ($130.00).  Tickets can be purchased by clicking here.  Tickets can also be purchased at the gate for General Admission ($50.00/car) and Tailgate Spots ($150.00 depending on availability).
